Check-In & Check-Out: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Behaviour & Right of Refusal: The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who compromises the safety, security, or comfort of other guests or staff. Parties and unregistered gatherings in guest rooms are strictly prohibited.
Identification: All guests must present a valid, original government-issued photo ID at the time of arrival.
Damage to Property: Guests are solely responsible for maintaining the neatness of their room and the integrity of hotel assets. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for any damage or destruction caused to the property during their stay.

Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash. A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Deposits & Pre-authorisation: Depending on the selected rate, a partial or full advance deposit may be required. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card before arrival to guarantee funds.
Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to one night’s room charge (including applicable taxes) will be billed to your account.
Non-Refundable Rates: Reservations booked under discounted “Non-Refundable” rates, early bird specials, or special promotional offers require full prepayment at the time of booking. These bookings cannot be modified, and no refunds or credits will be issued in the event of a cancellation, early departure, or no-show.

Data Collection: We collect necessary personal information during the booking and check-in process, including your full name, contact details, payment information, and government ID details.
Use of Information: Your data is used strictly to complete your reservation, process payments securely, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
